Join the party and make your own paneer, sour cream and yogurt, accompanied by wine, cheese and good company! All participants will have their own work stations and ingredients and will be guided step-by-step through the process, learning fundamentals of cheesemaking and culturing dairy. You will walk away with your own block of paneer (fresh Indian cheese), jar of sour cream and jar of yogurt!
